Before leaving the Harrogate area, I used to help two friends with their computer problems, one a lady in her late 80s, the other severely disabled and dependent on voice recognition to operate her computer.  Now they both have Katja, thank goodness.  She has been wonderful at sorting out their problems and keeping them afloat, and is always immediately available, skillful and so friendly and reassuring.
