Many thanks to Katja for sorting two laptops for my family. Two sons had managed to invite some nasty viruses to do strange things and even before this they were not performing well (the laptops not the boys, although….) Katja told me exactly what was needed (in language I understood), how long it would take and at what cost. Expectations were exceeded when both offending devices were returned in quickly in excellent working order, data restored and at a very reasonable cost, with advice thrown in. I have since recommended PC Harmony to some of my friends and their experience is no different to mine. Thanks again!
