I was introduced to Katja a couple of years ago when my pc was in need of some care and attention and since then she has been a most capable and efficient source of support. She responds quickly to requests for assistance either through text or email communication, is always punctual and proceeds with the task in hand without any waste of time.  She is very patient and communicates clearly and explains her actions. I requested her services recently when I changed my broadband provider, to ensure the smooth transfer of data.  This process was complicated by the failure of both the hard drive on my pc and the back up hard drive.  Katja transferred my data to ensure that no information was lost.   My system has worked perfectly since its return. I have every confidence in her abilities and her integrity is without question.
